Payment modalities

Payment due as per booking confirmation (no later than 30 days after booking). For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

We do not take credit cards.

The total rental price includes additional costs such as electricity, water, bed linen and final cleaning.

Cancellation fees
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation price
Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total accommodation price

Check-in and check-out times
Earliest check-in time is 3 pm; latest check-out time is 11 am.

Towels
Towels can be rented on request for an additional charge.

Dogs
It is indicated in which houses dogs are allowed. Since we would like to offer all guests (dog owners and non-dog owners) a stress-free vacation and the property is not fenced, leashes are required all year round at the RelaxRanch.

WLAN
WLAN is available free of charge in the barn.

Damage
A mishap can happen to anyone. We ask you to report it to us if something is broken so that we can repair or replace it. Damage to the building or furnishings caused willfully or due to gross negligence will be charged to the main tenant at a later date.

Waste disposal
Waste separation is also an important issue in Sweden. Household waste can be disposed of in the garbage cans next to the red letterbox at the entrance to the road. In Sweden, we attach great importance to the correct sorting of waste. Please remember to produce as little waste as possible for the sake of the environment. Plastic, glass, metal cans, paper and cardboard can be disposed of free of charge in Botilsäter in the designated containers next to the Livshandel. Beverage and beer cans as well as PET bottles (please do NOT crush them) can be returned to any store for a deposit. Green waste can be disposed of in the green compost garbage can next to the greenhouse. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Boat rental
The following boats can be rented from us:
Skiplat wooden boat for 2 persons with 6 HP 4-stroke Suzuki engine Hard plastic boat for 3 persons with 6 HP 4-stroke Suzuki engine HR430S Hard plastic boat for 4 persons with 9.9 HP 4-stroke Suzuki engine HR470 Hard plastic boat for 5 persons with 9.9 HP 4-stroke Suzuki engine
The boats can be hired on a daily or weekly basis. At the beginning of the rental you will receive a full fuel canister, which must be returned full when you return the boat. The rental prices can be found in the price list.

Bicycle rental
Used bicycles are freely available. They cannot be booked, the "first in, first out" principle applies. We do not have bicycle helmets for hire. If you lose your bike, we charge a flat rate of SEK 500.

Sauna use
Use of the sauna is free of charge. Please contact reception one day in advance. If the sauna is not in use, it can of course also be booked at short notice.

Smoking at the RelaxRanch
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. If you wish to smoke, we ask you to do so only on the terrace of your house and to dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the open air, neither in the forest nor on the street.

Disclaimer
We accept no liability for personal effects and valuables stored in your house/room or elsewhere on the RelaxRanch. Participation in sports and other vacation activities as well as activities in and around the lake is your own responsibility. You should check equipment and vehicles before using them. We are not liable for accidents that occur during vacation activities or on the RelaxRanch premises. We recommend that you take out appropriate accident insurance if you do not already have it. Furthermore, parents and dog owners are requested to supervise their children and dogs. The use of the garden, bicycles, boats and all facilities is at your own risk.
