Soft meditation music as you gently stretch your body, feel your breath throughout your body and your thoughts slowly come to a halt? Sitting in the sauna at the edge of the forest, all to yourself? Coaching in the forest or by the water during a walk? A body treatment to release your energy blockages, followed by a cup of tea to end the day? Or simply fall into bed tired of the clear fresh air and get a good night's sleep?

This retreat is not a stress program with fixed times or predetermined activities. We design the program according to your needs and wishes and I am at your disposal for 8 days. Step by step we will work out a program with yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, talks and walks together. We cook together and enjoy our creations together with good conversations. These are just some of the things that await you at this retreat. The RelaxRanch is a place of power, an oasis of peace and quiet in these not always easy times. Treat yourself to some time off and immerse yourself in your inner world for 8 days and return strengthened and 💖unstoppable💖 back into everyday life. This is just the beginning of a fantastic journey into your new life.

The package includes:
8 nights in a fully equipped stuga, incl. bed linen, towels and utilities
7 days of supervision with various activities such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises
Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments, walks, etc.
Shared meals (more info when booking)

Cost: SEK 17'995

(in case of 2 occupancy of the stuga (2 bedrooms/house) the price per person is reduced to SEK 14'995; Max. 4 persons, divided in 2 houses)
