A yoga lesson lasts about 75 minutes and is a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga, Taj Chi and breathing exercises as well as guided relaxation exercises and meditations. In addition to group lessons, you can also book private lessons, where I can address your individual needs.

All exercises are performed in a mindful and gentle way so that your energies begin to flow freely and your mind becomes calm and clear, like the water of a mountain lake. The exercises do not require any sporting ambitions. But your body will feel more flexible, stronger and healthier after a short time of regular practice.
